Job summary

Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY seeks an Indirect Procurement Lead to drive IT and Telecom sourcing, negotiate supplier agreements, and partner with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and other stakeholders.

You will optimize supplier relationships, manage risk, and support enterprise-wide procurement initiatives. The role requires 5+ years in procurement, knowledge of SAP/Oracle/Ariba/Coupa, and a track record in strategic sourcing within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, vendor management, contract administration, IT asset management, or related discipline.
• 2 years of experience supporting IT, Telecommunications, Software, Cloud Services, Infrastructure, SaaS, or Technology-related procurement categories.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide IT and Telecom procurement activities, aligning with objectives and strategies.
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer supplier agreements while ensuring policy compliance.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and commercial discussions with IT and Telecom suppliers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Compliance on supplier and contractual matters.
• Manage supplier onboarding activities and maintain procurement records.
• Analyze supplier proposals, pricing structures, and total cost of ownership for decisions.
