Job summary

Moog Inc. seeks an Indirect Procurement Lead to manage enterprise IT and Telecom procurement across global locations from its Buffalo, NY site.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and stakeholders to negotiate supplier terms and drive value. You will lead supplier evaluations, conduct competitive bidding, and shape category strategies while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related discipline.
• 2 years supporting IT, telecom, software, cloud services, or technology procurement.
• Experience negotiating supplier terms and reviewing contracts.
• Collaboration with legal, finance, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and Telecom procurement activities across global locations.
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and stakeholders on contractual matters.
• Manage supplier onboarding and maintain procurement records.
• Support sourcing events, evaluations, and competitive bidding.
• Analyze proposals and Total Cost of Ownership for decisions.
