Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a computer-related field.
• Three years IT operations management experience with two years of supervision.
• PM certificate preferred.
• ITIL v3 Foundations preferred.
• A+ and Microsoft certificates preferred.
• Valid Class C Texas Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, manage, and design operational IT activities.
• Review IT system performance for costs, productivity, and upgrades.
• Develop cost/benefit analyses for IT spending.
• Formulate long-term strategic IT plans and cost-effective tech solutions.
• Oversee vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements.
• Manage lifecycle of IT projects, monitor scope, time, and quality.
• Develop and review IT department budgets; ensure policy adherence.
