Job summary

Gfoat seeks a GIS Business Intelligence Analyst to align asset management software with business strategies, administer GIS platforms, and perform data-driven analyses for infrastructure decisions. You will work with multiple divisions, support automation, and ensure data integrity across enterprise systems.

The role requires strong communication, complex data analysis, and expertise in ArcGIS products, SQL Server, and Python.

Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience as a Programmer, Business/GIS/Data Analyst, or related field.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Advanced proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Enterprise/Portal, ArcGIS SDE, SQL Server, and Python.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Experience administering asset management or GIS-related systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with city divisions to evaluate and automate GIS workflows and dashboards.
Develop, implement, and maintain integrations between asset management software and databases.
Monitor database performance and security, and train staff on asset management tools.
Assist GIS Manager with system upgrades, scripting, and BI/reporting solutions.
Ensure data quality and govern data across enterprise geodatabases.
