Job summary

Rently is seeking an IT & Systems Operations Manager to lead administration, optimization, and integration of Salesforce, NetSuite and supporting SaaS apps. You will oversee a small team across NetSuite admin, Salesforce admin, and IT Help Desk, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

The role partners with sales, finance, legal, and operations to automate processes, manage vendors and licenses, and align tools with Rently's AI Governance Policy, Stage Gate processes, and data

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise business systems, with hands-on experience across Salesforce (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP).
• 2+ years in a people-management or team-lead capacity across technical disciplines.
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships, auditing SaaS contracts, and optimizing spend and licenses.
• Experience with iPaaS/middleware tools for cross-platform integrations.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and data governance practices.
• Strong communication skills translating technical needs to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and governance of Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira Service Management, Google Workspace, eSignature, and support platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, audits, and license optimization.
• Oversee system configurations, data models, workflows, and integrations with middleware tools.
• Partner cross-functionally to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and roadmap planning with vendors and internal users.
• Mentor the IT team and maintain SOPs, training materials, and knowledge continuity.
• Align tools and automations with Rently's AI Governance Policy and Stage Gate process.
