Job summary

Frost is seeking an IT Category Manager to lead category strategies across technology domains and manage vendor relationships. You will negotiate enterprise agreements, align with IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement, and drive cost savings while ensuring compliance and governance.

The role requires a strategic thinker with deep IT and vendor-management expertise, collaborating across teams to deliver value for the organization and its customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT vendor management, sourcing, or procurement.
• Experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements and managing large vendor portfolios.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing models, and cloud service environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies across technology domains (cloud, data center, software, SaaS).
• Build strategic vendor relationships to drive performance and value.
• Lead negotiations for enterprise agreements including licensing and support contracts.
• Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing and vendor consolidation.
• Manage vendor portfolios, budgets, and category spend for measurable savings.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams to align strategies.
• Establish governance frameworks and KPIs to monitor vendor performance.
