Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Sourcing Contract Manager, Information & Technology, to lead sourcing and contracting across a high-volume, multi-state IT environment. You will collaborate with IT, Legal, Risk, and Governance to translate business needs into strategic sourcing plans and ensure timely contract execution.

You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, manage supplier performance, and drive cost savings while aligning with Loews standards and multi-property

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Technology sourcing/procurement experience, incl IT hardware, software, and SaaS.
• Strong analytical, business process, and problem-solving skills; interpret specifications and make sound decisions.
• Proficient with technology systems such as spend analytics and e-procurement tools; working knowledge of Smartsheet.
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Ability to conduct and interpret sourcing analyses and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with effective time-management skills; able to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to align on sourcing initiatives.
• Manage strategic supplier partnerships and ensure delivery of contractual commitments.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews, bid evaluations, and contract assessments.
• Analyze IT spend data to develop data-driven sourcing recommendations.
• Leverage RFP platforms and contract lifecycle management systems for efficiency.
• Understand services and products sourced to enable effective supplier management.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and pricing strategies across multiple supplier agreements.
• Prepare RFPs, evaluate suppliers, and present vendor responses to leadership.
