Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Sourcing Contract Manager for IT procurement in a high‑volume, multi‑state environment. You will partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements across hardware, software, services, and equipment, and manage RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution.

You will work with Legal, Risk and IT Governance to ensure alignment with priorities and timely delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in technology sourcing/procurement including IT hardware, software, and SaaS.
• Experience negotiating terms, evaluating suppliers, and driving cost savings.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing lifecycle from market research to contract execution.
• Develop RFPs, evaluate supplier responses, and present with business cases.
• Negotiate terms, drive cost savings, and ensure service quality and delivery.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, IT Governance, and Finance for contract execution.
• Monitor supplier performance and renewals; manage cross‑location environments.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and status updates for leadership.
