Responsibilities

• Analyse trends in performance and stability of services and backlog items.
• Collaborate with Architecture on changes and enablers for deployment and assess risks.
• Drive vendor contract adjustments for growth and resource/licence planning.
• Ensure stakeholders have clear expectations of service levels.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure fit for purpose.
