Job summary

SBV South Africa is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end technology service delivery aligned with the group roadmap. You will define strategies for Service Desk, Incident, Change and Portfolio oversight, and implement new technology and ways of working across the landscape.

You will lead internal and external stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and risk management while ensuring quality and business performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required.
• Post-graduate degree is advantageous.
• 7 years’ experience in the Service Delivery landscape including management of hardware and software implementation projects, of which 4 years in a senior management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Service Delivery strategy aligned to technology and group roadmap.
• Manage governance, risk, quality, and stakeholder engagement for technology service delivery.
• Translate technology strategy into actionable plans and drive implementation across SBV’s ecosystem.
• Oversee reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement of service delivery and related platforms.
