Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, healthcare informatics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT architecture experience, with 5+ in leadership within healthcare.
• Experience with network, cloud, and systems architecture.
• Experience with cloud (AWS) and hybrid/multi-cloud solutions.
• History of implementing platform visibility tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus/Grafana).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT architecture strategy aligned with business, clinical, and operational goals.
• Lead a team of network, cloud, and systems architecture professionals.
• Establish IT governance, standards, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve care delivery and operations.
• Guide security, interoperability, and vendor collaboration across the IT landscape.
• Drive cost optimization and ROI for architecture initiatives.
