Job summary

CAI? CACI International Inc. seeks a Risk Manager for the Global Mission Operations Support contract in Reston, VA, supporting the Department of State. You will lead a cross-functional team to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across large-scale IT programs.

The role requires a Secret clearance, extensive experience in enterprise risk management, and the ability to communicate risk to senior leaders and government stakeholders. Travel is up to 10% locally.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with 13+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience leading risk management for large-scale IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical/management leadership for program kick-off meetings.
• Establish kickoff strategies covering security requirements and risk.
• Direct weekly status reporting and coordinate risk/issue resolution.
• Develop PMP with enterprise WBS and comprehensive risk approach.
• Oversee risk/issue registers and POA&M remediation.
• Lead CSR strategy and track actions across the enterprise.
• Create Stakeholder Management Plan with escalation paths and authorities.
• Provide strategic risk leadership and communicate to senior leaders.
