Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk management and governance on the GMOS contract for the Department of State in Reston, VA.

You will guide a high-performing team, develop risk frameworks, maintain risk registers, and present metrics to senior leadership, while collaborating across ITSM processes and cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Experience building and managing program risk management frameworks.
  • Experience using risk and issue registers and mitigation planning.
  • Strong ability to present risk metrics to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Leads scheduling, coordinating, and hosting Program Kick-Off Meeting across 350+ facilities.
  • Develops comprehensive Kick-Off Meeting Agenda covering security, risk, and PMP revisions.
  • Prepares weekly status reports and coordinates risk/issue resolution.
  • Documents PMP requirements with enterprise WBS and risk management approach.
  • Maintains Project Plans with Risk and Issue Register for all TO activities.
  • Leads CSR development and presentation and tracks actions enterprise-wide.
  • Develops Stakeholder Management Plan with escalation paths.
  • Acts as technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise others.
