Allina Health in Minneapolis seeks an Information Systems leader to align business needs with technology roadmaps. You will manage IT relationships, drive projects, and develop customer portfolios across hospital and clinic networks.

Responsibilities include translating strategies into roadmaps, guiding small to mid-size IT projects, and supporting change management. Collaboration with system leaders will be essential to improve processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in IT and/or business, preferably in health care.
• Experience in multiple health care IT disciplines is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree optional.

Responsibilities

• Manage business relationships with IT and other stakeholders.
• Translate business strategies into technology roadmaps and initiatives.
• Lead small to mid-size IT projects and coordinate with IT Project Managers.
• Develop customer portfolios/roadmaps and oversee change management activities.
• Provide input for service level agreements and escalation processes.
• Act as escalation point during major IT incidents and communications.
