Allina Health is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead initiatives within the Epic Community Connect program. You will plan, execute, and monitor projects, coordinating with IT and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years of IT project leadership experience and a PMI certification is preferred. The position is a 1.0 FTE with day shifts in Minneapolis, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience managing IT project teams and implementations.
• PMI certification preferred (PMP or CAPM).

Responsabilités

• Plans, organizes, and manages IT projects using standard project management methodologies.
• Develops, leads, and manages projects; coordinates schedules, cost plans, and resource allocation.
• Monitors milestones, budgets, vendor solutions, and risk/issue management.
• Mentors team members and ensures quality of deliverables.
