The role focuses on aligning, delivering, and sustaining project portfolio management processes across the system, mentoring leaders, and partnering with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience managing project teams and implementations.
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent) required; CAPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and manages system-wide enterprise projects (>$5M).
• Develops, leads, and manages projects using PM tools and methodologies.
• Evaluates technical and business solutions and prioritizes projects.
• Forecasts and manages project budgets and staffing.
• Mentors and coaches leaders on standard PM tools and practices.
