Allina Health is seeking an Information Security leader to shape security architecture across a large healthcare environment. You will guide threat detection, vulnerability management, governance, and risk decisions while collaborating with service providers to protect patient care systems.

The role emphasizes architecture reviews, secure-by-design decisions, and clear communication with senior IT leaders. 8-hour day shift; 1.0 FTE; remote within commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience to meet required competencies.
• 5+ years experience in information security or related field and implementing security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security system administration to protect data and networks.
• Lead program development and documentation; identify risks and mitigate through policy changes.
• Communicate with customers and IT leaders; present updates on security status.
• May oversee managers or individual contributors and manage department budget.
