Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field required.
5 to 7 years of experience in finance, accounting or related field in healthcare setting preferred.
Strong financial analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Enhances financial acumen of business operators via education and training.
Leads budgeting process including volumes, revenue, staffing and expense development.
Analyzes variances monthly and partners with leadership on improvements.
Communicates financial trends to support forecasting and planning.
Partners with leadership on capital and program expansion plans.
Supports complex ad hoc analyses.
Acts as financial liaison to JV and PSA arrangements.
Collaborates with vendors to design technology for forecasting and cost accounting.
