• Leads IT projects from start to finish including insurance software, mobile/web tech, integrations and RPA.
• Manages three or more projects simultaneously with varying complexity.
• Leads matrixed project teams and adjusts resources to meet plan.
• Builds schedules in MS Project/Project Server with effort-driven scheduling.
• Maintains and reconciles project forecasts and costs; releases/requests funds as needed.
• Prepares bi-monthly status reports and communicates with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Escalates risks and issues in a timely manner.
