Job summary

Mavensoft Technologies, LLC seeks a Strategic Project Manager to lead Colorado’s modernization of probation case management. You will oversee planning, procurement, data migration, testing, and statewide rollout across 23 judicial districts, coordinating with policy, legal, and partner agencies.

The role requires governance, vendor management, and change management expertise to deliver a high-visibility technology upgrade that meets regulatory obligations and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, information systems, public administration, criminal justice, business, or related field.
• Ten years of progressively responsible project management experience, including at least five years leading large, complex technology implementations with multiple vendors.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-year project schedules, budgets, scope, and deliverables.
• Experience leading enterprise system replacements involving data migration and organizational change management.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project management and governance for the replacement of the legacy probation case management system.
• Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, procurement, design, development, data migration, testing, deployment, and decommissioning.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, scope, milestones, and benefits realization.
• Establish governance, reporting, and escalation processes; align objectives with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; manage vendor performance and contractual obligations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, policy alignment, and data integrity across state partners.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, user adoption, training, and go-live readiness.
