Prospect Infosys Inc. in Denver, CO seeks a senior program manager to lead a multi-year probation system modernization. You will manage the full project lifecycle from requirements and procurement through design, build, data migration, testing, statewide rollout, and decommissioning.

You will develop and maintain the master schedule and budget, translate strategic goals into concrete objectives, engage diverse stakeholders, and drive change management to ensure adoption and value realization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; relevant experience may substitute for the degree year for year.
• Ten years of progressively responsible project management experience, including at least five years leading large, complex technology implementations with multiple vendors and stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing a multi-year schedule and enterprise system replacements with data migration and organizational change management.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

• Lead the full project lifecycle from requirements and procurement through design, build, data migration, testing, statewide rollout, and decommissioning of ICON/JPOD.
• Develop and maintain the master schedule, budget, scope baseline, and benefits realization plan.
• Translate the Branch's strategic goals into clear project objectives and measurable success criteria.
• Support vendor solicitation, evaluation, and selection under state procurement rules and hold vendors accountable for quality, schedule, and cost.
• Track statutes and policies, ensure reporting, risk and needs assessments, and evidence-based practices are built into the system.
• Engage probation officers, judges, court staff, and partner agencies; lead human-centered design and organizational change management.
• Plan cutover to prevent interruption of probation supervision and report status to leadership.
