Job summary

Cornerstonetechtalent is seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives for a Glendale, AZ public sector client. Hybrid work arrangement starts fully onsite with potential for up to three remote days per week.

You will manage projects from planning through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IMS/PM or related field.
• Five years of experience in computer systems analysis, design, programming, and project management.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale IT projects with cross-functional teams.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and partners.
• Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and vendor proposals.
• Present status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Provide guidance across departments.
• Stay current on project mgmt best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet objectives and user requirements.
