Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience, IT project management experience is highly desirable.
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for delivering projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing resources and projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate project scope, status, and issues with all stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to conduct and prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and develop client proposals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Assist define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans to track and measure progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools/methodologies.
• Maintain relationships with clients and all project stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Perform risk management to minimize exposure to risks.
