Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Project Manager to enforce governance across multiple projects, generate schedules, and coordinate resourcing with IT, Medicaid, Child Welfare, and other DHS areas. The PM will manage vendor products and services procurement and report to the Executive Steering Committee.

The role requires strong requirements gathering, cross-team communication, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, ensuring quality and timely delivery of project

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects under governance structures.
• Ability to interact with business and IT teams and educate stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing multiple parallel work efforts.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and plans.
• Identify, staff, and coordinate resourcing; manage vendor procurement.
• Track progress and report status to the Executive Steering Committee.
• Conduct project meetings and facilitate issue escalation and risk management.
• Help deliver minimum viable product and manage scope creep.
