Job summary

The Center for Digital Governmtent seeks a seasoned Project Manager to act as lead for other PMs and manage complex IT initiatives from concept through delivery. This role serves as the main contact for assigned projects and oversees cross-functional teams across design, development, and production.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in managing concurrent complex technology and related projects.
• Four or more years of experience in project life cycle methodologies, cost and schedule development and controls; and a valid non-commercial Class C motor vehicle operator's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex OIT projects and programs from design and development to production.
• Define requirements and plan project lifecycle processes; develop project plans, goals, and budgets.
• Identify resources needed; guide project teams comprising cross-functional technical disciplines.
• Lead project teams, assemble responsibilities, and define schedules for implementation.
• Oversee budget responsibilities, including cost-benefit analyses and business case development.
