Job summary

AE Strategies LLC is a management consulting firm serving federal clients. The Project Manager will join our team delivering strategic project management, business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, requirements elicitation, implementation, and testing for IT portfolios.

You will lead initiatives across multiple business functions, communicate with senior stakeholders, and ensure alignment of priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of eight years of business analysis or project management experience.
Experience managing multiple complex and cross-functional IT projects.
Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain Public Trust security clearance (high).
Excellent oral and written communication and strong leadership.
Willingness to work full-time onsite in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

Serve as Project Manager and Business Analyst across various types of projects and stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service and liaise between clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
Support strategy and execution of process improvement initiatives.
Manage senior stakeholder relationships and communications.
Facilitate meetings to elicit and document requirements.
Support business development through client presentations and proposals.
