Job summary

AE Strategies seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead a high-visibility workforce planning and talent strategy initiative within a federal public health context. You will design, implement, and govern enterprise workforce planning and talent acquisition operations, guiding a multidisciplinary team and coordinating with senior agency leaders.

You will also oversee contract performance, financial management, staffing, and risk mitigation while fostering client satisfaction and delivering

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contracts.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience in workforce planning, talent management, or related fields.
• Ability to work onsite three days a week in Silver Spring, MD.
• Experience leading large workforce transformation and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Experience managing complex professional services contracts and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee workforce planning, talent strategy, and governance structures.
• Direct operating model design, program design, and capability development.
• Manage contract performance, budgeting, staffing, and financial management.
• Coordinate subcontractors and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated services.
• Build executive relationships and provide strategic guidance to senior agency leaders.
