Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain Public Trust clearance (high).
• Full-time onsite in Washington, DC.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of business analysis or project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional IT projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication; executive-facing facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Business Analyst across diverse projects and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and liaise between clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
• Support strategy and execution of process-improvement initiatives.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Facilitate meetings to elicit and document requirements.
• Support business development efforts such as client presentations and proposals.
