Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise IT experience with at least 4 years leading large-scale system modernization projects.
• Proficiency in enterprise financial management, payroll platforms, and Enterprise Data Warehouse implementations.
• Active PMP credential and experience with formal project management frameworks.
• Experience in remediating legacy financial systems, integration, and data cleansing initiatives.
• Experience with organizational change management, readiness workbooks, and end-user training deployment.
• Experience with coordinating multiple vendors, business system owners, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall implementation lifecycle to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved
• Develop and execute comprehensive readiness project plans supporting accounting, payroll, and reporting transitions
• Review existing revenue systems and formulate detailed technical requirements for platform remediation and integration
• Oversee organizational readiness workbooks, coordinate data cleansing tasks, and update applicable business policies
• Manage project risks, resource allocation, and budget tracking while aligning with statewide technical standards
• Facilitate agency readiness workshops and deliver comprehensive training to support end-user software adoption
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, technical teams, and third-party software implementation vendors
