Job summary

Selby Jennings seeks an IT Project Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives across software development and infrastructure in Sarasota or Orlando.

The role partners with business and technical stakeholders to deliver complex programs, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while adopting Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies. Insurance domain experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading technology projects including IT initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall and Scrum.
• Experience managing software development and enterprise projects.
• Exposure to cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with Jira or Confluence.
• P&C insurance knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with policy administration platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own projects through full SDLC from planning to post-launch support.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
• Define scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders for outcomes.
• Lead planning, reporting, issue resolution and change mgmt.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with goals.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and drive best practices.
