Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, consulting, business analysis, operational improvement, system implementation, or related IT-focused discipline.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a complex organizational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, monitor, and manage multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through implementation.
• Partner with business, operational, and technology leaders to identify priorities, define objectives, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide consultative support and recommendations related to information systems, operational improvements, and growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and operational metrics are achieved.
• Conduct analysis, implementation planning, and post-project evaluations to support continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing project cost-benefit analyses and business cases for new systems, enhancements, and technology investments.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, status updates, and executive communications to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support change management efforts and facilitate successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
