Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/related field.
• Progressive experience as a Technical Project/Program Manager or IT delivery leader.
• Experience with project planning, estimation, forecasting, resource management, risk mitigation, and delivery execution.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional tech initiatives from inception to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Advise on processes to optimize delivery flow and value.
• Lead dependency management and organize teams around workstreams.
• Support release management from preparation to post-release reviews.
• Ensure product understanding and alignment with business strategy.
• Maintain data integrity and governance for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate across business, product, engineering, QA, and operations.
