Job summary

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives across multiple business units. You will coordinate complex projects, manage budgets, and partner with senior leaders to deliver value aligned with corporate goals.

The role requires eight+ years of IT project management experience, PMP is a plus, and the company offers a flexible hybrid work schedule with in-office collaboration and remote work days.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of project management experience, including multidisciplinary leadership.
• IT project management experience is strongly preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in all aspects of project leadership, including scope, requirements, vendor selection, and milestone planning.
• Lead projects and be accountable to sponsors and senior leaders, delivering on time and within budget.
• Act as a strategic consultant and provide risk assessment, contingency planning, and issue resolution.
• Oversee progress tracking, detailed project plans, scope management, and status reporting.
• Mentor stakeholders on project management practices and promote governance and consistency across teams.
