• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members for accountability.
• Ensure high quality delivery meeting company standards and customer expectations.
• Track performance to assess progress toward short and long-term goals.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes with proper verification techniques.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
