Job summary

Addison Group in Tulsa is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, budget and quality. The role requires PMP, 5+ years of cross-functional PM experience, and proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate stakeholders, drive communication, and utilize Agile/Waterfall/hybrid methodologies, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience utilizing established project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, etc.).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clarify business needs and influence outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑driven approach.
