Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior IT leader to drive strategy and execution across IT programs for a Space Systems unit. You will serve as a CIDO ambassador to leadership, users, and programs, ensuring IT services align with strategic objectives and investments.

You will coordinate with directors and end users to plan, implement, and sustain IT solutions while maintaining strong security posture and high customer satisfaction. A TS Clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 6 years of IT experience or equivalent.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, and schedules is required.
• 5 years of MS Office Suite experience: Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
• Must have a TS clearance with SCI access eligibility.
• Polygraph as a condition of continued employment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and execution of IT projects for the business unit.
• Act as the CIDO ambassador to programs and leadership, functional groups, and end customers.
• Maximize alignment of IT services with operating models, strategies, and investments.
• Coordinate with leadership and end users to identify, plan, implement, and sustain IT solutions.
• Liaise between facilities and security to drive optimal IT service environments.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and engage CIDO resources to meet SLAs.
