Job summary

Meaden & Moore is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Delivery professional to lead IT and firm-wide initiatives, applying waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methods to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.

You will own scope, budgets, and risk management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure clear communications with executives and clients while aligning with firm strategy. Hybrid work options and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive project management experience, with a demonstrated record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong command of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, and Project for the Web.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle management for IT and firm-wide initiatives, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, charters, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in alignment with firm strategy and client expectations.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) based on project complexity and stakeholder needs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues to the CIO with recommended resolution paths.
