Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of direct project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Develop and maintain dynamic project plans including sprint plans.
• Manage financial forecasting, budget tracking, and resource capacity.

Skills

PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe)

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern PPM tools

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training
