Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems, located in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an IT Program Manager III (Hybrid) for a 12-month engagement. The role focuses on capturing and delivering business and system requirements, collaborating with development teams to refine specifications, and providing thought leadership across multiple software implementations.

Responsibilities include influencing stakeholder strategy, building relationships with leaders, conducting cost/benefit analyses, and mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Agile project delivery.
• 3+ years of experience managing the completion of application-related documentation to meet risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with infrastructure upgrade or replacement projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO20022 Payment Format is a plus.
• Knowledge of US RTP, SEPA Instant, Fed Now, or relevant real-time payment processing formats is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influence stakeholder strategy and understand their needs to envision solutions.
• Establish relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations.
• Lead cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business strategy.
• Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
• Act as SME within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
• Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications across domains.
• Ensure changes to applications are compliant with standard policies.
• For vendor applications, work with the vendor to ensure changes meet requirements.
• Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.
• Mentor junior Analysts.
