Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• 3+ experience delivering concurrent complex technical initiatives end-to-end
• 1+ years' experience with technical product selection, design, and IT solution implementation preferrably in health, finance, or other highly regulated industries
• Excellent communication including executive level
• 3+ years' experience with SDLC Project Management
• Must be comfortable working on projects that are not black and white and can analyze situations from a strategic lense.

Responsibilities

• The Senior IT Project Manager oversees various system projects and/or programs of a highly complex nature.
• Assembles and leads project team, identifies resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks.
• Oversees interdependencies and sets strategies for program execution to deliver long-term value.
• Influences department strategy and makes decisions on complex technical approaches.
