Kforce Inc is seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager in the United States to lead cross-functional initiatives. The role involves owning end-to-end PM processes, coordinating with analytics, database and technical teams, and delivering clear executive communications.

The ideal candidate has strong PowerPoint skills, an ownership mindset, and experience managing healthcare or consumer-focused projects in Agile environments. Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Proven project/program management experience at a similar level.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ownership mentality with experience leading PM responsibilities for a team.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design skills (must-have).
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Experience with healthcare or consumer-focused teams.
• Comfort operating in environments blending Agile/Scrum with practical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own program and project management responsibilities for the team, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Act as the PM lead for ongoing and new initiatives, with accountability for timelines, milestones, and outcomes.
• Manage workstreams using Wrike (or comparable PM tools) to ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end survey and reporting programs from intake through final reporting and delivery.
• Partner with analytics, database, and technical teams to drive work to completion.
• Apply strong process discipline to move initiatives from concept through finish line.
• Develop and deliver executive-level storytelling, articulating progress, outcomes, and insights.
• Create and own PowerPoint presentations, translating complex work into clear narratives.
• Serve as a confident communicator to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
