Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Strategic Project Manager for our Fort Washington, PA client. You will lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs, defining objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics with key stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years in project or program management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience guiding governance processes and executive communications. PMP or similar certification is a plus, with strong planning and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making discussions.
• Prepare presentations, status reports, business cases, and executive communications.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution.
• Support implementation, business readiness, operational readiness, and change management activities.
• Monitor program progress and drive accountability for key deliverables and outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and organizational initiatives as needed.
