Bayone Solutions, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Project Manager based in Pleasanton, California.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects execution ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Develop comprehensive project plans for IT initiatives, outlining project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding requirements, and staffing needs.
• Conduct risk assessments to develop effective response strategies and prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and trends.
• Manage and maintain the organizationu2019s documents using various document management systems, including system integration.
• Lead teams in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration, communicate effectively with stakeholders, drive decisions, support projects, and remove impediments.
• Oversee program responsibilities to support performance engineering and capacity management across teams. Ensure team metrics and results are transparent to enable data-driven decisions for technical solutions.
• Coordinate and support events, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, for multiple data engineering teams.
• Communicate effectively across the eCommerce organization to strengthen collaboration with business users, product managers, testers, release teams, platform engineering teams, and user interface teams.

Position requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology Management, Project Management or a related field.

Duration/Salary/Rate of Pay: 5 days per week, 40 hours/week, $200,907.00- $210,907.00 Year
