Job summary

Aprés Nail, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, and IT in California.

You will own end-to-end delivery, from charter through go-live and post-implementation reviews, coordinating with executives, vendors, and offshore teams. The role emphasizes translating business requirements into actionable technical plans, maintaining RAID logs, and driving user training and adoption of new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience with ERP, ecommerce platform, or warehouse systems.
• Experience from charter through go-live and closeout.
• Strong with Asana or similar tool; able to build and maintain boards, templates, and reporting.
• Coordinate across time zones with roughly 12-hour difference.
• Clear, concise written English with strong organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned company projects end to end: charter, scope, schedule, budget, risk, and closeout.
• Write the project charter and obtain executive sponsor approval before work starts.
• Break projects into tasks with owners and dates; track in Asana; coordinate Jira for technical builds.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and resource forecasts.
• Publish written status updates on a set schedule; escalate decisions as needed.
