Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Information Technology team in Tampa, FL. This role will oversee multiple projects, provide program governance, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure alignment with CLA's strategic goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coach project managers, and drive delivery of value across initiatives while maintaining a high standard of integrity and urgency.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• 6 years project management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program plans with scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Lead governance, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate interdependencies and escalate risks and issues.
• Mentor project managers and promote standard practices across teams.
