Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Information Technology team. The role focuses on implementing and overseeing multiple projects aligned with the firm’s strategic goals, mentoring project managers, and ensuring effective governance and delivery across teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive program management experience, strong communication at all levels, and a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• 6 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Own program governance and controls (e.g., Steering Committees, Advisory Boards).
• Coach project leads and teams in project methodology (Scrum in Lean-Agile).
• Align 5-year vision and roadmap with business leadership; drive delivery of milestones.
• Oversee budgets and third-party vendors; ensure smooth transitions to appropriate teams.
