CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Program Manager to join our Information Technology team. This role oversees multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals while leading governance, budgeting, and risk management across portfolios.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• 6 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience should be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program governance and controls (Steering Committees, Advisory Boards).
• Coach project leads and teams in Scrum/Lean-Agile practices.
• Align 5-year program roadmap with business leadership and deliver value across projects.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships; coordinate interdependencies and risk escalation.
• Mentor and lead project managers to promote consistent program management practices.
