Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Information Technology team in Houston. The role oversees multiple projects, aligns with CLA's strategic goals, and provides direction to project teams while partnering with the business and product managers.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of relevant experience, 6+ years in project management or supervision, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, Azure DevOps and SharePoint is required.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience in program or project management.
• 6 years of project management and supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Solutions Initiatives and Program Planning: Develop program plans and manage scope and deliverables.
• Project Management and Integration: Govern programs, coach teams, align with roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources and monitor utilization.
• Portfolio and Program Management: Align investments with objectives and drive value.
