Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex IT programs.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• 6 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead program governance and cross-team collaboration to deliver firmwide IT initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
• Coordinate interdependencies, risks, and milestones across agile and traditional teams.
• Provide mentorship and establish standardized program management practices.
