TCM Bank is in Tampa, FL. This is a remote opportunity. Must have ability to work from TCM Tampa location 1-2 days a week, and travel on occasion to Washington DC area. SUMMARY:

TCM Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic IT Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-scale IT initiatives. This role will oversee multiple strategic programs that drive platform modernization and technology innovation across our ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of program management expertise, financial services knowledge, and technical acumen.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional IT programs aligned with business objectives.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Ensure program governance, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with TCM standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Provide executive-level reporting, including dashboards, KPIs, program health, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement, issue resolution, and best practices across program lifecycle phases.
• Coordinate with product, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to ensure successful integration and deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of program management or senior project management experience, with at least 5 years in large IT program delivery within financial services.
• Proven success managing complex programs using Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Deep understanding of core banking systems and payment processing, experience with FIS, Fiserv, and/or Jack Henry a significant plus.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams, including third-party vendors.
• Must have ability to work from TCM Tampa location 1-2 days a week, and travel on occasion to Washington DC area.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, MS Visio, Power BI/Tableau, Sharepoint and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies such as API integrations, microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with legacy system modernization and financial platform integration.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
• Leadership presence with the ability to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP
• SAFe Agilist or other Agile certifications
• ITIL or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
